However, students with common names, hyphenated names, or longer last names may have additional numbers following their last name. Contact Student Services if you have difficulty with your username at 636-584-6588.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/admissions\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/01\/microsoftPassResetStudent01.jpg\" alt=\"Microsoft Sign in form\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the <strong>Enter password<\/strong> box, you will be prompted for your password. Select the <strong>Forgot my password<\/strong> link below the Password prompt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/admissions\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/01\/microsoftPassResetStudent02.jpg\" alt=\"Microsoft Forgot my password link\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the <strong>Get back to your account<\/strong> box, enter your email address again.
