Federal Direct Loans are available to eligible students who complete the FAFSA and meet federal aid requirements. Loan eligibility and award amounts are determined by enrollment level, dependency status, grade level, and financial need. Students are never required to borrow the full amount offered and may request a lower amount at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At 91ԭƬ, students may qualify for one or both of the following federal loan programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Federal Direct Subsidized Loan is awarded based on demonstrated financial need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan is available to students regardless of financial need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Federal Direct Loan eligibility may be adjusted based on enrollment levels. Students enrolled in fewer than full-time credit hours may receive prorated annual loan limits in accordance with federal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
